Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview
At ZARCHINUAE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. After this 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet these criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.
 - Timeframe: You must request the return within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.
 - Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
 
3. Special Conditions for Saffron Products
Due to the delicate nature and high quality of our saffron, returns are subject to these additional conditions:
- The saffron container and its outer packaging must be completely sealed and undamaged.
 - We do not accept returns for products you have opened, tampered with, or improperly stored.
 - You must return saffron with proper temperature and hygiene protection to ensure its quality during transit.
 - We do not accept returns or refunds for products that show signs of use, handling, or damage to custom packaging, unless we confirm a manufacturing defect or an error in the shipped product.
 
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items. These include:
- Perishable goods, such as food items (unless our team confirms a quality defect).
 - Products marked as “final sale” or “discounted” at the time of purchase.
 - Gift cards.
 - Health and personal care items that have been opened.
 
5. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you whether we approve or reject your refund.
- If Approved: We will process your refund and apply a credit to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
 - If Rejected: We will explain the reason for the rejection (e.g., the item did not meet the eligibility criteria).
 
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take these steps:
- Check your bank or credit card account to confirm if the refund has posted.
 - Contact your credit card company or bank, as they may have a processing delay.

7. Shipping Returns

- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we issue you a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your total refund amount.
 - Shipping Recommendations: For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
