2. Shipping & Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (UAE): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (GCC/International): 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
  • We do not ship or deliver on weekends or UAE public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, transit times may be slightly longer; we’ll notify you by email of any significant delay.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and to the following countries: Saudi Arabia and Oman. Availability may vary by product.

4. Correct Shipping Information
It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Please contact us immediately if you believe an incorrect address was submitted, as processing begins quickly.

5. Undeliverable Orders
A restocking fee may apply if a courier returns your order as undeliverable due to an incorrect address. The fee amount will be communicated to you before any deduction.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
ZARCHINUAE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier’s tracking system. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please file a report with local authorities.

7. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will either hold your full order until all items are available, or ship in-stock items now and the remainder separately — we’ll confirm which applies to your order.

8. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
