1. Overview
At ZARCHINUAE, your satisfaction matters. Return eligibility depends on the product type — see the categories below.

2. Standard Products (Joza Box, Zarchin Perfume, Accessories, unopened gift sets)

  • Returnable within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility (deducted from refund if prepaid by us).

3. Saffron, Extract & Tea Products (Zarchin Saffron, Zarchin Extract, Zanbagh Tea)

  • Due to their consumable and perishable nature, these items can only be returned unopened, unused, and with seals intact, within 14 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns once opened, tampered with, or improperly stored — except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error, reportable within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumable/perishable goods (unless a confirmed quality defect).
  • Items marked “final sale” or purchased at a discount.
  • Gift cards.
  • Opened health and personal care items.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email confirmation of approval or rejection within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank/card statement first, then contact your bank. If still unresolved, email info@zarchinuae.com.
