How long does delivery take within the UAE?

Orders within the UAE are delivered in under 2 business days after dispatch. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days of purchase.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location — please check our Shipping Policy for details.

Is shipping free?

Yes — orders over 100 AED qualify for free shipping within the UAE. Orders below this amount are subject to a standard shipping fee at checkout.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

Our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a convenient time. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at info@zarchinuae.com and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

We currently accept online payment by bank card (credit/debit) only, processed securely at checkout.

Is it safe to pay online on your website?

Yes. All card payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway — we do not store your card details on our servers.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Not currently — all orders are paid online by card at checkout.

Do you offer installment or buy-now-pay-later options?

Not at this time. We accept full payment by card at the time of purchase.

Are there other ways to pay besides card on your website?
