Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At ZARCHINUAE, our refund and return policy lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Special Conditions for Saffron Products

Due to the sensitive nature and high quality of saffron, we only accept returns under the following additional conditions:

  • The saffron container must be sealed and unopened.

  • The outer packaging must be undamaged.

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or stored improperly are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Saffron must be returned in a way that ensures temperature protection and hygiene during transit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products showing signs of use, handling, or custom packaging damage unless there is a confirmed defect or error in the shipped product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods such as food (except under quality defect)

  • Products marked as final sale or discounted

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items once opened

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card balance.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale Items

Only items sold at regular price may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item
